Recuperating after an apparent suicide attempt after failing to cope with mounting financial pressures and with a diagnosis of chronic depression and bipolar disorder.

On the morning they received the funds, the Ratepayer phoned us for updated Rates amount - 15 minutes later Council called to advise the account had been paid in full at the counter.
